Laramie Business Workshop: Conflict and You

 In the same ways we all have personalities that drive our habits and subconscious behaviors, so too do we all have conflict styles that drive our habits in conflict.  In this business workshop, participants identify their own conflict styles and begin to see the ways that this style impacts them.  Participants will build awareness of how different styles work (or don’t work!) in managing conflict with employees, customers, vendors, and more. Presented by Carrie Bennett, facilitator, mediator, and educator with Learning Through Difference, LLC. 

This workshop will be held in Room 208. Free of charge.
