1. Organization Overview
The Wyoming Women’s Business Center (WWBC) is a 27‑year‑old statewide nonprofit
organization dedicated to supporting Wyoming entrepreneurs in starting, growing, and scaling their businesses. WWBC delivers services through three core areas:

Microloan Programs – Providing accessible and flexible micro‑financing for Wyoming’s
early‑stage and growth‑stage entrepreneurs. -
Wyoming Women Entrepreneurs Community – A statewide, free community offering connection, networking, and a growing suite of wellness and support resources.

Entrepreneur Education – Action‑based micro‑learning webinars and practicalresources offered to Wyoming entrepreneurs.
2. Project Purpose
WWBC seeks a qualified contractor or small team to lead a comprehensive brand refresh and website redesign that reflects who we are today and supports our continued growth. After 27 years as a statewide entrepreneurship organization, our brand and digital presence need modernization to better represent our programs, audiences, and impact.
This project will:

Update and modernize WWBC’s visual identity

Ensure the brand reflects our statewide reach and contemporary role in Wyoming’s entrepreneurial ecosystem

Clarify messaging across all program areas in a cohesive, user-friendly way

Redesign the website to strengthen usability, accessibility, and alignment with our
current services
We are seeking a partner who can deliver high-quality creative and strategic work within our $10,000–$15,000 budget.
3. Project Scope
The full scope includes the following components. Respondents may propose an integrated approach or structured phases that align with the budget.

Development of a new sub‑brand for the lending program (name, logo, visual
direction) -
Updated organizational brand elements (logo refinements, color palette, typography)

B. Messaging & Narrative

Clear and concise messaging framework for:

Wyoming Women Entrepreneurs community

Education offerings

Taglines, value propositions, and audience‑specific messaging

Donor‑facing and partner‑facing narrative support
C. Website Redesign (Single Domain)

Redesign of WWBC’s primary website to reflect the updated brand architecture

UX/UI design to support three program pathways: Loans, Community, and Education

Development on a modern CMS

Basic SEO setup

Lightweight content migration
D. Additional Considerations

Experience working with nonprofits, economic development organizations, or
microfinance institutions is a plus -
Must be able to work collaboratively and iteratively with Executive Director and committee
4. Budget
Total budget for this project: $10,000–$15,000.
Respondents should propose a scope that fits within this range.

6. Proposal Requirements
Proposals should include the following:

Background, relevant experience, and team structure.
2. Portfolio Samples
Examples of branding and website projects, ideally for nonprofits or service‑based
organizations.
3. Approach & Project Plan
Description of how you would approach this project and timeline.
4. Budget Breakdown
Detailed costs, including any optional add‑ons.
5. References
At least two past clients.
